Enrollment Timeline
Enrollment for the upcoming school year begins each January.
January – February
Current & Returning Family Registration
Priority enrollment is available for currently enrolled students and their siblings.
March – May
New Family Registration
Enrollment opens to new families based on available classroom space.
Admissions Process
1111111. School Tour & Information Session
Families interested in learning more about St. Ambrose Catholic School are encouraged to schedule a campus tour. Tours provide an opportunity to visit classrooms, meet staff, and experience our faith-filled learning environment.
2. Shadow Day
Prospective students are invited to spend a full day as a St. Ambrose Apostle. During their visit, students are paired with a classroom buddy who will guide them through the school day and help them experience life at St. Ambrose firsthand.
Informal academic and social assessments may be conducted by the classroom teacher to help ensure a successful transition.
3. Principal Interview
New families will meet with the principal to discuss the mission, expectations, and values of St. Ambrose Catholic School. This meeting also provides an opportunity for families to ask questions and learn more about our school community.
4. Acceptance & Enrollment
Following the admissions review process, families will receive notification regarding acceptance. Admission is based on classroom availability and the school's ability to meet the academic, social, and developmental needs of the student.
Upon acceptance, families will be invited to complete the enrollment process and officially join the St. Ambrose Catholic School family.
